Scoping out Pussy Galores
One part of pre-production for SUCCUBUS included finding sets and locations to match the script. A few scenes in SUCCUBUS take place at a “seedy strip club” named Pussy Galores. The Director of the movie insisted that this strip club be small, seedy, and dark. Well, in Ohio, that wasn’t a problem at all to find haha.
We finally settled on a strip club in Southeast Ohio, and subsequently shot all of the required scenes, all in one day. If I remember correctly, the use in one of the scenes of a rolling dolly made this particular location and day one of the most expensive of the entire movie.
There is a scene in the movie where the dolly is moving and focused on Brandi Love who is dancing on stage on the pole. I won’t spoil what happens after that scene, other than to say it gets pretty bloody 
Anyway, here are some pictures of when I scouted the location.
